Role : Senior Customer Support / Delight Executive
Experience : 0 – 2 Years
Salary : The CTC range is between Rs. 16000 to Rs. 25000 monthly
Location : Bangalore
What does the core role include?
+Grievance Handling: Handle grievances and customer escalations to turn unhappy customers to brand advocates
+Insights and Analysis: Use tools to analyze customer data and provide insights on grievance response times, trends, requirements etc.
+Cross-team Interactions: Interact with various teams to ensure all grievances are addressed within SLAs, and future instances of the same kind of grievances are minimized
What are we looking for?
+Excellent written and verbal English communication
+Prior experience as a Customer Care/Support/Delight executive would be a plus
+Typing speed greater than 25 WPM
+Willingness to work on rotating Sundays, with a compensatory weekly off some other day
+Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
+Fluency in other regional language is a plus
