Main objective(s) :
The Intern is responsible for generation and distribution of software license keys for Esko customers, according to the processes and delivery requirements for this initiative.
Main Responsibilities (key Activities) :
+ Processing license requests from sales order processing teams, customer support engineers, customers, and other requesting parties
+ License Requests are received through a central tracking system
+ Requests have to be processed in the correct order, based on delivery due dates, order criticality, and region; Ensure licenses are delivered on time.
+ Ensure licenses are delivered 100% correct
+ Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s business practices and licensing policies,including information about Vendors, Contracts, Licenses, License Keys, License Servers,License Agreements, etc.
+ Keep customer information database updated, and ensure customers receive appropriate license keys based on their entitlement
Other Tasks :
+ Conduct periodic reviews of processes and procedures, and suggest and implement best practices to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction
+ Participate in daily and weekly meetings to discuss previous day’s team performance
+ Report generation – delivery and quality measurements, inventory, planning
+ Participate in design and development of process and training documentation for license generation activities
+ Handle customer complaints and other inquiries relating to software licensing
+ Providing assistance to team members
Must Have :
+ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Arts/ Science or Diploma or equivalent
+ Strong written and verbal communication in English
+ Efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Prior exposure to sales operations processes, order processing and administration will be an added advantage
+ Ready to work in rotational shifts

+ This position involves working in shifts. We currently have 3 shifts. A license handler will need to adapt to any of these shifts
+ Morning Shift 0600 – 1500
+ Mid Shift 1400 – 2300
+ Night Shift 2200 – 0700
