Roles & Responsibilities :
+ Work closely with our sales team to understand their requirements, target businesses and work with internal/external teams to get them to sign up with Exotel.
+ Create, implement and measure new lead generation campaigns including all aspects of messaging, outreach, digital media, webinars, and events for the given target segment
+ Experiment with marketing strategies to tap into potential verticals and customers in India and South East Asia.
+ Work closely with existing customers and discover newer applications of the Exotel platform that can help solve their problems
+ Be the voice of our customers internally – gather and share feedback with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales
+ Identify & execute events, public speaking opportunities for Exotel which would help establish Exotel as the thought leader in this space
+ Form partnerships & build relevant integrations to take Exotel to a wider audience.
+ Good understanding of technology
+ Data driven decision making
+ Self driven
+ Willing to travel within and outside India.
